Calender Survey For Parents

 

Dear Parent or Guardian of a Dodgeland Student:

As the second semester of the 2011-2012 school year begins, a committee of  Dodgeland staff and administration are working on a proposed school calendar for the 2012-2013 school year.  We recognize that the school calendar has a significant impact on our district’s families; therefore, we would like to offer you the opportunity to share your opinion regarding the 2012-2013 school calendar.

A short parent survey regarding the 2012-2013 school calendar has been prepared.  We invite you to complete this survey by going to the district’s website, www.dodgeland.k12.wi.us.  You will see an icon labeled “Parent Calendar Survey”.  Clicking on that icon will take you to the initial calendar survey page.  Three separate surveys - based on the first letter of your last name - are available.  The surveys are titled Calendar Survey for Parents A-H, Calendar Survey for Parents I-P, and Calendar Survey for Parents Q-Z.  Please complete the survey by next Wednesday, February 8.

If you prefer a hard copy of the survey, please contact any office, and a paper version will be sent home with your child.  Please return any paper survey to the school by Wednesday, February 8.   Please submit only one copy of the survey - either online or on paper.  Whether you choose to fill out this survey on paper or online, all surveys need to be submitted by February 8, 2012, so as to allow adequate time to compile the results and use them as we plan the 2012-2013 school year.
