An engaged community is essential to the successful operation of our school district. Thank you to the roughly 450 people who took some time to participate in our survey and make sure their voices were heard. Your participation is invaluable and shows your commitment to making Dodgeland a great school district.
The feedback we received reassured us that our community is supportive of its public school system and further recognizes the great things we are doing, including employing excellent staff members, keeping our students and staff safe at school, and maintaining a useful school website for all stakeholders.
And while it was affirming to learn of so many positives, we also recognize areas of opportunity and ways we can improve, including increased transparency in decision making, better communication around district finances, and providing effective executive leadership so that all students thrive.
Your School Board and Administration have already begun making adjustments and will continue to review our strategic priorities to ensure our actions align with our community values. We strive daily to live our motto for each and every student - The Road to a Better Tomorrow.
