Feel free to attach supporting documents that best describe how this nominee has distinguished him or herself.

- Purpose of the Dodgeland Alumni Hall of Fame
- Established in 2022, the Dodgeland Alumni Hall of Fame recognizes and honors former Dodgeland School District graduates who have made significant achievements, made an outstanding contribution to society, or displayed outstanding leadership. The Alumni Hall of Fame recognition provides outstanding role models for the students in the Dodgeland School District and celebrates the outstanding achievements of our graduates.
- General Criteria for Nomination
- The nominee must be a graduate of Dodgeland High School (or Juneau, Clyman or Lowell/Reeseville High School prior to 1971).
- Graduated from high school a minimum of 10 years before being nominated.
- Application signed by the individual making the nomination.
- General Procedures & Guidelines
- Nominations must be received by March 1 for consideration for the induction.
- An application will be sent to the nominated individual to gather information about the nominee, which must be returned by April 20. If the nominated individual is deceased, this information can be submitted by a family member or someone who knows the individual well enough.
- A committee appointed by the District Administrator and/or designee will select each year’s class of honorees in May who will then be honored during Homecoming week in the following Fall. Plaques and photos of the honorees will be displayed at Dodgeland School.
- Each year the Alumni Hall of Fame committee will induct up to five members to the Hall. Applications for this honor must be made by someone who knows the accomplishments of the individual to nominate them.
- All information for individuals nominated and not selected for induction in a given year will remain on file and will be reviewed each year. Nominees may update their information at any time.
- Nomination & Selection Process
- The nominee should serve as a role model for current Dodgeland School District students. The nominee has distinguished themselves and/or shown great leadership in at the local, state, national, and/or international level through their careers, vocations, service, efforts, or contributions. The nomination should be objective and verifiable, not subjective and based on opinion or popularity.
- Possible Criteria to be Considered:
- Degrees earned
- Academic awards conferred
- Appropriate publications
- Academic potential realized
- Service toward the success of others
- Contributions to the community
- Leadership experiences
- Risk taking or advocacy on behalf of academic achievement
- Recommendation and/or testimony of teachers, staff, or fellow graduates, colleagues, or another individual who is familiar with the nominee’s body of work
- Career-related accomplishments or distinctions
- Documentation (i.e. resume) demonstrating the work history and professional/academic success or community contributions of the nominee.
