Dodgeland is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of our students, staff, and families. If you are in-need of mental health resources, please reference the information below or contact a member of the Dodgeland Pupil Services team.
Open Door Counseling Services
For families who live in rural school districts, access to appropriate, certified counseling and therapy may not be an option. This is especially true if the distance to the counseling office requires time off from work for parents and time away from school for the students.
Working in conjunction with Dodge County rural school districts, the Dodge County Human Services and Health Department offers access to a state licensed, certified mental health and addictions therapies in a school-based office. For more information about the Open Door Counseling Services, please read the Dodge County Open Door Counseling Brochure.
Speak Up, Speak Out
The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of School Safety (OSS) has created a comprehensive, one-stop place to turn to with concerns regarding school safety, called SPEAK UP, SPEAK OUT (SUSO). We always encourage students to report safety concerns to a trusted adult at school, at home, or in the community. This tip line is another option.
The SUSO threat reporting system is available 24/7 and is free to all.
Students, families, school staff, and community members can submit a school safety concern by downloading the SUSO app (Android and iOS), visiting speakup.widoj.gov, or by calling 1-800-MY-SUSO-1.
Here is a direct link to report a threat through the Speak Up, Speak Out website. For additional information about Speak Up, Speak Out, please visit the Speak Up, Speak Out page on our website.
