Happy November!
Typing out the word 'November' just doesn't feel real! The school year is absolutely flying by, but we have so much to share and celebrate at Dodgeland!
Over the past month we have started wrapping up our fall sports seasons and began transitioning to our winter sports. I want to give a shoutout to all of our student athletes and coaches for representing Dodgeland and having great seasons! I also want to give a special shoutout to our Cross Country team who has two students competing on November 1st at State. We wish them luck and are so proud!
In the classroom students are excelling and have made it through a quarter of the school year already. Our teachers are giving our students some really great experiences through field trips, guest speakers, labs and other activities. As I walk the halls, I am continually impressed at what I am seeing and proud of the work our students, teachers, and staff are putting in every day. One event I would like to specificially highlight was the FFA Fall Fast that took place on October 25th. This was the first time this event took place and our FFA students from Dodgeland and Hustisford did a fantastic job providing a fun and engaging event for our community! As you can see from the cheeky smile on my son Henry's face, he really enjoyed pumpkin painting!
As we enter the month of November, the month of thankfulness and gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank the Dodgeland community for their continued support of our schools. I also want to thank our teachers and staff who work so hard every day to make Dodgeland an incredible place to be. I feel very fortunate to be able to come to Dodgeland every day and be a part of such a great place!
Thank you for taking the time to read this month's update. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
