The Dodgeland School District uses a balanced assessment plan. Our students participate in both classroom curricular assessments, district wide assessments, as well as external state required assessments.
These include:
- State required reading screener in grades 4K - 3 (Aimsweb)
- i-Ready Diagnostics in reading and math (grades 3 - 8)
- Wisconsin Forward Exam (grades 3-8, & 10)
- PreACT (grades 9 - 11)
- ACT (grade 11)
We also use ACCESS testing to measure the growth of our students that are identified as English Learners and Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) with our students in grades 3-11 that take an alternative assessment.
Our classroom assessments and district assessments are used to adjust our instruction for students and our state required external assessments are used to review instructional practices across grade levels and content areas.
Information on our student performance on our State Mandated assessments is available at Wisconsin DPI Wisedash Public Portal.
