Free and Reduced Meals Information

Online Application Information

The Free / Reduced Meal Application may be submitted in paper or electronic form. The paper form can be found in the "Free and Reduced Forms" organizer below. The electronic form (Form M) can be found in your online PowerSchool Parent Account. After logging in to your Parent Account, navigate to the "Forms" menu on the left side of the page. If you are enrolling a new student, Form M can be found under the "Enrollment" tab of the "Forms" page. If you are registering an existing student, Form M can be found under the "General" tab of the "Forms" page. 

Online Application Information Needed

• Case number, if you participate in FoodShare, W-2 Cash Benefits or FDPIR

• Names of all those living in your household, not just family members

• Gross earnings (before deductions are made) from work and any other earnings and how often it’s received

• Last 4 digits of the Social Security number for the primary wage earner or specify "No Social Security Number"
