Welcome to the students, parents and staff of Dodgeland Middle School! My name is Mr. Gischia and I serve as both the Middle and High School Principal at Dodgeland. My teaching career began in the Johnson Creek School District where I taught 5-12 band for 2 years. Following that, I joined the Lake Mills Area School District where I spent 5 years as the Lake Mills High School Director of Bands before moving into the role of Associate Principal at Lake Mills Elementary School in the 2022-2023 school year. I currently live in Fort Atkinson with my wife Ashley, our 2 year old son Henry, our dogs Bailey and Tito, and our 4 chickens. We love to spend time outdoors, travel, try new food, and spend time with our family. 

I am honored to serve the Dodgeland community. I believe in educating the whole child. It is important to me that we maintain high level teaching practices to best serve the education of all our students. It is also important that we provide exceptional opportunities for our students to explore the arts, athletics, extracurricular activities and clubs, and career opportunities so that they are prepared for life after graduation.
